Harshad Awasare

Harshad Awasare has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Harshad started their career in 1999 at Ingram Micro as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for managing the All India Compaq Consumer range. Harshad developed and implemented business plans, managed distribution policies, and maintained vendor and customer relationships. Harshad then joined Philips India Limited in 2001 as a Business Manager, where they were in charge of a division called Creative Display Solutions. Harshad successfully managed all India sales and debtors, formulated and implemented business plans, and developed product management processes. Harshad then moved on to Bharti Airtel Limited in 2004, initially working as a Senior Manager in Business Development before being promoted to Deputy General Manager in the Global Data department. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as business plan formulation and implementation, development of regions and channel partners, project management, and executive leadership. Harshad played a significant role in securing prestigious projects across multiple countries. In 2012, Harshad joined iSAT Africa Limited as the General Manager, where they oversaw Sales, Presales, Operations, and Service Delivery. Their responsibilities included creating annual operating plans, developing long-term strategies, and overseeing recruitment and contracting. Currently, Harshad serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Commedia Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since 2014.
