Jake Sumpter

Jake Sumpter has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as a Credit Underwriter at Commencement Bank since June 2018. In this role, Jake has analyzed over 3,000 financial statements and underwritten more than 20 loans monthly, working with various loan types and managing credit risk through comprehensive analyses. Prior to this position, Jake held a Marketing Intern role at The Dealio Marketing, where social media analytics were utilized to enhance engagement for multiple companies, and as a Research Intern at Stukent, developing strategies for product launches. As Chief Financial Officer of a student-run business, Jake achieved the highest net profit among peers and received recognition for outstanding advertising efforts. Jake's early experience as a Cash Auditor at Summit at Snoqualmie involved managing significant cash assets and preparing financial reports.
