Kristoffer Fredriksson

Kristoffer Fredriksson has over twenty years of experience in the corporate finance industry. Kristoffer began their career in 1997 as an Associate Corporate Finance at Aros Securities (Nordea Securities). In 1999, they co-founded and served as CFO of Frontville AB, an ERP/accounting software company. In 2003, they became a Partner at Hjalmarsson & Partners Corporate Finance, where they advised boards of directors and top management primarily within the media sector on acquisition- and financing strategy, negotiation and execution of acquisitions/divestments, and raising equity- and debt financing. In 2009, they served as Head of M&A (interim) at inkClub and Deputy CEO (\"vice VD\") at Erik Olsson Fastighetsf\u00f6rmedling. From 2013 to 2019, Kristoffer held various roles at RGP, including Regional Vice President, Managing Director Nordics, and Director Business Development - Finance & Accounting. In 2019, they co-founded and served as CEO of Capacify, a digitally enabled interim management platform. Most recently, in 2021, they became CEO of Commended.ai, a platform connecting independent consultants with work.

Kristoffer Fredriksson obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics between 1992 and 1997.
