Doug D. Neff

Since 2013, Doug Neff has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Commerce Bank, Southwest Missouri Region. Neff is a Senior Vice President of Commerce Bancshares, Inc., Director of Community Market Strategy and serves on the Executive Management Committee. He is responsible for facilitating collaboration and communication across the Bank’s community market footprint. Neff graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in finance and a minor in economics from the Prochnow Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
