Elizabeth Patterson

Elizabeth Patterson serves as the Vice President and Family Office Services Relationship Manager at Commerce Bank since February 2019, while also holding the position of Associate at Armstrong Teasdale LLP since August 2017. At Armstrong Teasdale, Elizabeth provides counsel on corporate formation, governance, transaction strategy, private placements, tax policy, and IRS disputes. Prior experience includes being a Partner at Van Osdol, PC from April 2012 to July 2017, where Elizabeth became known for tax expertise and client advisement on tax implications. Elizabeth has a solid accounting background, having practiced at an aviation firm specializing in aviation tax planning, and worked in private aircraft transactions at Jackson & Wade, LLC. Academic credentials include a J.D. and Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and a Master's in Accounting from Saint Louis University.
