Jason Sweet

Jason Sweet is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and content marketing. Currently serving as AVP, Growth Strategist at Commerce Bank since 2015, Jason develops and leads marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, sales, and customer retention. Prior to this role, Jason was Senior Manager of User Marketing & Analytics at Penton, where Jason executed cross-channel marketing campaigns and provided competitive intelligence through data analysis. Jason began a career in sports marketing as Sales Operations Manager for the Kansas City Royals, managing community engagement programs and contributing to significant brand initiatives, including a major stadium renovation project. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Kansas State University.
