Keilaine Ruiz

Keilaine Ruiz is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in guest services and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Rooms at Balboa Bay Resort since June 2023, Ruiz previously held the position of Director of Guest Services at The Westin Anaheim Resort from June 2020 to May 2023, where effective strategies for day-to-day operations were implemented. Prior roles include Manager of Guest Experience and Concierge Services at Westfield, Front Office Operations and Chef Concierge at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Guest Service Manager at Anabella Hotel. Additionally, Ruiz served as President of the Orange County Concierge Association for nine years, organizing numerous educational and networking events. Keilaine Ruiz holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from El Camino College and a High School Diploma from North Torrance High School.
