Emma Willing is an accomplished recreation coordinator with extensive experience managing adult programs and events. Currently serving as the Recreation Coordinator for Adult Programs at Commerce City since March 2024, Emma develops a diverse range of active adult programming and oversees the Bison Ridge Active Adult Center. Previous roles include Director of Food Based Initiatives at The Senior Hub, where Emma supervised staff and managed grant budgets, as well as coaching at ROCKY MOUNTAIN SPLASH PARENTS CORPORATION, where a Senior National Champion was developed. Emma has a strong background in aquatic program management and leadership, having held significant positions at YMCA of Northern Colorado and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wheaton College, Massachusetts.
