Anne Wu

Anne Wu currently serves as Vice President and Head of Legal at CommerceIQ, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Anne held the same title at Measurabl from 2021 to 2024 and served as Senior Counsel at CSAA Insurance Group from 2019 to 2021. Between 2016 and 2018, Anne was Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Newport, and from 2009 to 2016, served as Senior Director and Counsel at RPX Corporation. Anne's early career includes roles as Corporate Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Attorney at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, along with experience as an Assistant Scientist at Pfizer. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, a Master’s Degree from Brown University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Holyoke College.
