Chuck Oates, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, MCP, CNE

Chuck Oates, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, MCP, CNE has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Chuck began their career in 1991 as the Director of Information Technology at Adams & Reese, Lange, Simpson. In 2003, they moved to Regions Financial Corporation as an Information Technology Manager. In 2012, they were appointed CIO and CISO of Information Technology at First Partners Bank. In 2017, they moved to Progress Bank as VP of Information Technology and, most recently, in 2018, they moved to CommerceOne Bank in the same role.

Chuck Oates has an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering from R.E.T.S. Electronic Institute, which they earned between 1984 and 1986. Chuck also has a College Preparatory Diploma from Dora High School, which they earned between 1980 and 1983. In addition, they hold certifications in CISSP, PMP, ITIL, MCP, and CNE.
