Abhishek Das is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer success and strategic management. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Customer Success at commercetools since October 2020, Abhishek focuses on building strong relationships with high NRR strategic accounts, providing strategic guidance, and driving revenue growth through upselling opportunities. Previous roles include VP of Customer Success at eperi Cloud Data Protection, where Abhishek led customer initiatives for cloud data security, and Program Manager for Digital Transformation and Cloud at DHL IT Services, managing cross-divisional cloud projects. With earlier experience at Amazon, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Bosch Security Systems, and TCS, Abhishek possesses a diverse skill set across software quality, operations management, and digital transformation.
