Nicole Hayworth

Nicole Hayworth's work experience begins in 2011 when they worked as a Suite Attendant and later as a Head Supervisor for the University of Arkansas Athletics - Guest Services. In 2015, they joined Inceed as a Recruiter and was later promoted to Account Manager. During their time at Inceed, they established relationships with IT Managers, Directors, and CIOs to fulfill their staffing needs and contributed to a 33% market growth. In 2017, they joined Lifetime Fitness as a Group Fitness Instructor. The following year, they joined Netsertive as a Corporate Recruiter and was later promoted to Senior Recruiter. In this role, they conducted exit interviews, facilitated check-ins with new hires, and played a key role in benefits annual enrollment. In 2021, they transitioned to commercetools as a Talent Acquisition Manager and currently holds multiple roles, including Interim Global Talent Acquisition Lead and Global Talent Acquisition Partner for Product Support & Enabling Functions.

Nicole Hayworth obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Management from the University of Arkansas, from 2011 to 2015.
