Samantha Kim

Samantha (Branch) Kim currently serves as a Senior Partner Manager at commercetools, having started in January 2024. Prior to this role, Samantha held the position of Partner Business Management Senior Specialist for the Americas at SAP Customer Experience from October 2021 to January 2024. Samantha has extensive experience in account management, having worked as Director of Accounts at Constellation Agency, which specializes in SaaS digital marketing services, from March 2018 to October 2021, as well as in various account management roles at SOCIALFLY® from July 2016 to March 2018. Earlier professional experiences include roles at Penn State Dance Marathon, ELLE Magazine, Krupp Group, and involvement with Sigma Delta Tau and The Odyssey during the years at Penn State University, where Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations.
