Louise Stone

Louise Stone, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources management across various financial and consulting sectors. Currently serving as AVP Human Resources Manager at CommerceWest Bank since September 2012, Louise oversees HR functions for a leading financial institution focused on personalized banking services. Prior to this role, Louise held the position of VP Human Resources & Organizational Planning at Pacific Premier Bank, where responsibilities included managing HR operations and implementing HRIS and Payroll systems. As Director of Human Resources at Premier Mounts, Louise developed HR policies and actively contributed to the executive team’s strategic direction. Previous roles include Resource Manager at PwC Consulting, where staff assignments for CRM consultants were managed, and Capacity Manager at Ernst & Young, focusing on staffing for Oracle and SAP implementation projects. Louise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling from the University of Miami.
