Allyson Neiman-Thomas

Allyson Neiman-Thomas has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the banking and finance industry. Allyson is currently serving as the Vice President of SBA Business Development at Commercial Bank of California, where they play a key role in the growth and development of the business. Prior to this, Allyson held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Pacific Enterprise Bank for seven years, where they focused on providing loans to businesses with varying needs. Allyson also gained experience as a Vice President of SBA Preferred Lender at Community Bank and as a Commercial Loan Officer at Wells Fargo. Additionally, Allyson has worked in acquisition and business development roles at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and as an Investor/Marketing Consultant at Home Lending Group. Before entering the banking industry, they worked as a Senior Training Mentor/Assistant Director of Admissions at DeVry University and as a Business and Sales Consultant at Laurel & Party. Allyson also has experience in the international sales and technical service field, having worked at Dole Food Company as an International Sales Manager/Sr. Technical Service Representative. Early in their career, they served as an E-Recruiting Consultant at Jobs.com of CBS Broadcasting. 

Allyson Neiman-Thomas earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
