Nishant Patel

Nishant Patel has a diverse work experience. Nishant started as an Assistant to the Controller at TNJ Management LLC, a hotel management company, from April 2013 to December 2014. Nishant then worked as an Intern at the State of New Mexico Office of the Attorney General from February 2015 to December 2015, where they assisted in auditing companies involved in fraud and helped prepare litigation for Medicaid fraud. From 2016 to 2018, Nishant worked at Gillani Tax & Accounting. Nishant served as a Law Clerk at Burger Law from September 2019 to August 2021. Nishant also had summer associate positions at Sutin, Thayer & Browne and Briones Business Law Consulting in 2019 and 2020 respectively. Nishant pursued their legal education at Saint Louis University School of Law from August 2018 to May 2021. Currently, Nishant is with the Commercial Bank of California, joining as a Corporate Counsel in January 2022 and now being a VP, Corporate Counsel since March 2023.

Nishant Patel completed their Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Saint Louis University School of Law from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the UNM Anderson School of Management from 2016 to 2017.
