Phillip Chen

Phillip Chen has a diverse range of work experience in the financial industry. Phillip started their career at Cathay Bank as an Administrative Assistant - Loan Servicing, where they processed commercial loans and created a policy handbook. Phillip then worked at ADP as a Consultant, Agency Communications, handling client calls and creating spreadsheets for decision-making. After that, they joined AT&T as a Financial Analyst - Level 1, streamlining processes and tracking purchase orders. Later, they worked at Carrington Holding Company, LLC as a Financial Analyst, Treasury Analyst I, where they tracked accounts and reconciled loan servicing. Most recently, they have been at the Commercial Bank of California, where they started as a Financial Analyst, working on budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash, and presenting to the Board ALCO Committee. Phillip is currently serving as VP, Finance Manager at the same company.

Phillip Chen attended the University of California, Riverside from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General. In addition to their formal education, Phillip obtained certifications in General Accounting from The American Bankers Association in November 2020 and in Introduction to Financial Accounting from Coursera in July 2020.
