Sanjiv Keshri is the current Chief Financial Officer at Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co Ltd. Sanjiv has also held the position of Acting CFO at SHYAM FERRO ALLOYS LTD. from November 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, they were with Adhunik group of Industries from May 2008 to June 2010 as AGM - Finance & Accounts.
From December 2016 to November 2018, Keshri was with Meenakshi Energy Limited & Group Companies as Associate Vice President. Sanjiv has also worked with VISA Power Limited from July 2010 to December 2016 as DGM - Accounts & Finance.
Keshri started their career with Bengal Ambuja Group of Companies in December 2004 as Sr. Manager. During their tenure with the company, they were responsible for various tasks such as structuring annual budget and capital budget, defining standard operating procedure & internal controls, analyzing and reporting of Monthly General Management Report, Cost rationalization, coordinating with Financial and Tax Auditors of the Company and ensuring completion of Audit within time, and formulation of need base business plan/strategies for achieving organizational goal and maximizing profitability. Sanjiv has also conducted 5 batches of HARP (Holcim Accounting and Reporting Principals) training across the organization in Ambuja Cements and trained 105 senior employees including President and Vice- president of the Plant.
Sanjiv Keshri's educational career includes being a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also having a B.COM from the University of Calcutta in the field of Commerce.
Their manager is Abhishek Jaiswal, CEO. They are on a team with Shekhar Pankhraj - Marketing Head, Deepesh Kedia - Company Secretary, and Bharat Sood - VP, Business Development.
