Karim Morad

Karim Morad, PMP, is an experienced Project Management professional with a strong background in financial control and resource management. Currently serving as the PMO Manager and Senior Project Manager at CIB Egypt since March 2016, Karim oversees project reporting, capacity planning, and project portfolio management. Prior roles include senior positions at ALSTOM Grid as a Senior Project Controller and at Huawei Egypt as a Project Financial Controller, where responsibilities encompassed profit and loss ownership and financial reporting. Earlier experience includes roles at Ericsson Egypt, where Karim analyzed sales performance and managed resources within project operations. Karim holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Modern Academy Maadi.
