Mahmoud Elshahed

Mahmoud ElShahed currently serves as the Digital Channels & RPA Automation Team Head at CIB Egypt, a position held since January 2013, where responsibilities include building and introducing new digital solutions for digital banking and financial inclusion, with expertise in Fusion Banking Corporate Channels eBanking Application, vendor management, and implementing mobile apps, along with project delivery using Agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Mahmoud served as a Services Development Officer, focusing on the development of digital and banking solutions, including payroll and ePayment systems. Mahmoud began the career as a Software Development Engineer and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Future University in Egypt from 2012 to 2013. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Cairo University, earned in 2012.
