Radwa Ashour

Radwa Ashour has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Radwa most recently worked at CIB Egypt as the Head of Customer Due Diligence Compliance. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Financial Crime at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank - Egypt. Radwa also worked at Mashreq Bank as an AVP Compliance Manager & MLRO, where they supported the Head of Compliance in various operational and regulatory compliance tasks. Radwa has also worked at Barclays Bank Egypt as a Compliance Manager, where they assisted the MLRO in implementing financial crime requirements and developing proactive strategies. Additionally, they have experience as a Premier Personal Banker at Barclays Bank and as a Senior Compliance Manager at Attijariwafa bank Egypt. Before moving into the banking sector, Radwa worked in the retail industry as a Store Manager at Best Seller and as an Assistant Branch Manager at Amal Samha Company. Radwa also held the role of Branch Manager at Alshaya Group, where they handled customer complaints and provided coaching to the sales team. Radwa started their career as a Brand Manager at Zee or Gee group, where they handled customer complaints, attended meetings for deal closures, and managed the sales team.

Radwa Ashour completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in the English department at Ain Shams University from 1997 to 2000.
