Rania Elhelaly

Rania Elhelaly has over 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. Rania started their career in 1999 as an Associate at EFG Hermes, where they worked until 2001. In 2014, they joined CIB Egypt as a Director of Corporate Banking. Rania then went on to become the Head of Sector in the Corporate Banking Group in January 2018.

Rania Elhelaly's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The American University in Cairo, which they completed from 1993 to 1998. In 2020, they attended the Egyptian Banking Institute for a program called The Women Leadership DDI, focusing on Leadership Development. In 1991 and 1993, they also attended IGCSE, although no degree or field of study was specified during that time.
