Saber Ahmed

Saber Ahmed is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and digital analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Agent and Social Media Officer at CIB Egypt since January 2021, Saber also contributes as a Customer Service Operations specialist. In addition, Saber has been a student at Edraak إدراك since May 2017, focusing on digital analytics and Google Ads. Recently, in May 2023, Saber completed an induction program on credit in banks at the Egyptian Banking Institute. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Coordinator at Mars from August 2016 to November 2018. Saber holds a degree from the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University, completed between 2015 and 2019.
