Karen Ames is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, currently serving as a Worldwide Account Manager at FedEx Services since September 2007. In addition to this role, Karen has been a Board Member at Commercial Packaging since May 2014 and previously served on the Board at Holy Trinity Catholic School (now Corpus Christi Catholic School) from August 2010 to August 2016. Prior to joining FedEx, Karen worked as a National Account Manager at DHL from September 1992 to September 2007. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Affairs, Business, both from Eastern Illinois University.
