Adam Fox (Chartered MCIPD) has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Adam started their career in 1999 at Circa Ltd, where they began as an apprentice in business administration and eventually became a Skills Trainer. In this role, they delivered training to support learners in meeting the knowledge requirements of their NVQ and technical certificates.

In 2004, Adam joined BEXLEY YOUTH TRAINING GROUP as an NVQ Assessor/Trainer. Here, they delivered training and carried out assessments of individuals undertaking NVQs in ICT and Administration as part of their apprenticeship program.

In 2006, Adam joined Kent County Council and held various roles over the years. Adam started as a Learning and Development Consultant and later became a Senior Business Learning and Development Advisor. In this capacity, they managed the day-to-day operations of the Learning and Development department and provided L&D services to Kent County Council's employees, as well as external organizations.

Adam's most recent role was as the Head of Learning and Development at Commercial Services Group, where they were responsible for the design and delivery of a wide range of blended learning solutions.
