Matt is an experienced business leader with a strong track record in leading large-scale commercial transformation and growth strategies.

Matt's role as Chief Executive of Commercial Services is to create, develop and deliver the strategic business plan through commercial growth and outstanding customer experience. Prior to becoming CEO, Matt was Executive Director of CSG's Resources and International divisions, having acquired the latter in 2020, and previously enjoyed a successful thirteen-year career with Human Capital Investment Group. a global PE-backed operator of recruitment and payroll businesses, where he progressed to Divisional CEO.
