Carlos Luis Gonzalez

Carlos Luis Gonzalez is an accomplished procurement and purchasing professional with extensive experience in supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Purchasing at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. since September 2021, Carlos is responsible for executing procurement and sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials. Prior to this role, Carlos was the Purchasing Manager at BizLink Group and spent over two decades at Electrical Components International, where responsibilities included managing a $185M budget as Corporate Global Commodity Director and overseeing strategic purchases in North America. Earlier positions included Director of Global Sourcing in North America and roles at Visteon, where Carlos began as an Industrial Engineer. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua and an MBA from The University of Texas at El Paso.
