Allison E. Aab has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Allison E. currently works as the Lead, Strategic Initiatives for Commercialization at UHN since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing and Operations Manager for Commercialization at UHN from October 2015 to November 2021.
Before joining UHN, Allison worked as the Director, Hospital Solutions at iPorta Corp. from July 2013 to September 2014. In this role, they focused on creating customized interactive devices for patient education and engagement.

Allison E. Aab completed their education with a BA in Government/International Relations, with a minor in Psychological and Brain Sciences, from Dartmouth College in 2000. Allison E. then pursued an MBA at McGill University from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Concentrations in Global Strategy & Leadership and Technology & Innovation Management. Additionally, they completed an exchange semester at Tsinghua University in 2010 as part of their MBA program.
