Alexandra Warkus

Alexandra Warkus is currently the Managing Director of HR Strategy & Labour Relations at Commerzbank AG, where they focus on HR strategy, employer branding, and labour relations. Previously, from 2015 to 2022, they held various leadership roles within Group Human Resources at Commerzbank, including Leitung HR Labour Relations & Policies and project leader for the integration of Dresdner Bank. Alexandra began their career at Commerzbank in 2006, where they managed restructuring and personnel reduction projects. They hold a Juris Doctor degree from Universität Trier and completed their legal training at OLG Zweibrücken.
