Anke Gummersbach

Anke Gummersbach possesses extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Big Data & Advanced Analytics and Head of Academy at Commerzbank AG since February 2008. Responsibilities include developing training and development concepts for a diverse workforce, managing contracts, overseeing talent management on an international scale, and previously leading people development initiatives. Prior to Commerzbank, Anke worked at Dresdner Bank AG as a Senior Business Development Specialist, focusing on operational models and capacity planning for branches in Germany. Anke holds a Diplom-Volkswirtin degree in Volkswirtschaftslehre from the University of Cologne, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
