Carsten Krettek

Carsten Krettek is an experienced professional in risk management, currently serving as Principal Credit Officer for Structured Finance and Director, Department Head Risk Management for Leveraged Buyout/Structured Finance at Commerzbank AG since November 2009. Krettek leads a team of Credit Officers in the global Centre of Competence for Leveraged Buyouts, responsible for process organization, risk results, and reporting within the department. Prior to this role, Krettek worked at Dresdner Bank AG from July 1992 to October 2009, where extensive expertise was developed in analyzing and managing risk for both domestic and international Leveraged Buyout transactions and other structured finance projects, with a focus on utilizing advanced stress testing and rating tools.
