Richard Wellens

Richard Wellens is a Managing Director at Commerzbank AG, where responsibilities include leading the Working Capital Finance team in Germany and delivering financing solutions to DACH clients. With experience as both Co-Head of a newly integrated German & International Team and a member of the International transaction group, Richard has a strong background in asset financing and equity investment structures. Prior to Commerzbank, Richard worked as a Consultant at Accenture, managing the migration project for Deutsche Bank, and as a Senior Consultant at CHP Consulting, focusing on project management and financial consultancy. Richard holds an MA in Taxation from the University of London and a degree in European Studies with French & German from Aston University.
