Vera Bingener

Vera Bingener is the Director of Group Audit - Quality & Business Management at Commerzbank AG, where they focus on reporting for the board of managing directors and the supervisory board, as well as the conception and development of strategic aspects. Vera has extensive experience in audit, having held roles such as head of audit operations and project management at Commerzbank AG from 2000 to 2013. Before that, they worked as a business customer consultant at Deutsche Bank from 1992 to 1999. Vera holds a degree in Banking and Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
