Keegan Carrethers has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Network Operations Center Engineer at Commio Voice & Text Messaging since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing a communications API platform utilized by over 2,000 SaaS, enterprise, and service provider clients. Concurrently, Keegan fulfills the role of NOC Engineer at teli by Commio. Prior experience includes positions as Tier 1/Tier 2 Support at Conexiant Telecom, where Keegan resolved customer tickets and troubleshot Direct Inward Dialing and Local Number Portability issues. Earlier experience includes a programming internship at Silicon Mountain Technologies, where Keegan developed skills in Java, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. Keegan’s educational background includes studies at Red Rocks Community College and Warren New Tech High School, complemented by a diploma from Clear Creek High School.
