Ellora Soundarjee

Ellora Soundarjee is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and project management, currently serving as a Conseillère stratégique TI with the Commission de la construction du Québec since March 2021. Previously, Ellora held the position of Assistant Project Manager at RATP Group from March 2015 to January 2020, where responsibilities included monitoring a €50M project budget and assisting in compliance with deadlines and program requirements. Ellora also worked as a project engineer leading geotechnical studies for 15 projects, optimizing technical solutions accordingly. Earlier experiences include work placements at SAFEGE, the University of Liverpool, and EUROVIA, focusing on hydrogeology, grain-size analysis, and construction techniques, respectively. Ellora holds a Master’s degree in Science in Engineering, specializing in Earth Sciences and geotechnology, from Polytech Sorbonne, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
