Laurie Pomerleau, CRHA, currently serves as a Conseillère principale - Gestion du changement at the Commission de la construction du Québec since September 2021. Previously, Laurie held the role of Partenaire d'affaires in Ressources humaines et développement organisationnel at the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec from October 2020 to September 2021. In this position, Laurie acted as an expert in change management and contributed to organizational development strategies.
