Lynne St-Louis has extensive experience in administrative roles, particularly within governmental and public organizations. Since January 2011, Lynne has served as Adjointe à la VP affaires juridiques, secrétariat général et ressources humaines at the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ), supporting various leaders, including Isabelle Blais, Audrey Murray, and Diane Lemieux. Prior to this, Lynne held the position of Adjointe administrative au cabinet du maire et du comité exécutif at Ville de Montréal from February 2005 to March 2011. In the earlier stages of Lynne's career, experience at the Gouvernement du Canada included a role in the office of Liza Frulla, and prior to that, work with Radio-Canada as an assistant on "Émission Liza." Additionally, Lynne's experience includes serving in the office of Marguerite-Bourgeoys at the Gouvernement du Québec from December 1994 to 1998.
