Derekc O'Reilly (BL MCIArb)

Derek O'Reilly works as a Legal Administrator in the Commissioner's Office at ComReg since October 1999. Prior to this, DerekC was an Office Services Adminstrator at A&L Goodbody. DerekC has completed various diplomas and degrees in law, including an Advanced Diploma in Data Protection Law, Quasi Judicial Decision Making, Medical Law, and Immigration & Asylum Law. DerekC was called to the Bar of Ireland in October 2015 and has obtained multiple certifications in data protection and legislative drafting. Derek has also pursued further education in Corporate, White Collar & Regulatory Crime Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Technology & Intellectual Property Law.
