Elaine Carroll has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Elaine currently holds the position of Head of Consumer Communications and Engagement at ComReg, where they are responsible for increasing public awareness and promoting consumer rights in electronic communications.

In 2022, Elaine Carroll enrolled in Trinity College Dublin to pursue a Postgraduate Certificate in Innovation, Enterprise Development, and Entrepreneurship. This certificate program was completed within the same year.
