Eoghan Moran

Eoghan Moran is an Analyst in the Universal Service division at ComReg. Previously, Eoghan worked as a Senior government partnerships specialist in the Climate Action sector at Google, focusing on the Environmental Insights Explorer project. Eoghan also served as a Jury member at The Innovation in Politics Institute, where they played a role in the shortlist selection for the European Innovation in Politics Award. Eoghan holds a Ph.D. in European Political History from the University of London, as well as professional certifications in data analytics and sustainable development policy. Their educational background also includes degrees in European Studies, research, and political science from various prestigious institutions.
