George Merrigan

George Merrigan has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and postal industries. George started their career at An Post in 1997, where they held the positions of Strategic Planning Manager and Area Manager for Postal Operations. In 2004, they became the Head of Retail at An Post before transitioning to ComReg in 2005. At ComReg, George served as the Senior Manager for Postal Regulation and later became the Market Framework Director.

George Merrigan completed their education at Trinity College Dublin from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Management. During their time at Trinity College, their field of study was focused on Organization Behavior. Prior to that, they studied at the Irish Management Institute from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, with Honors grade 1.1. Their field of study at the institute was Management.
