Katherine Harris is a skilled professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and consumer policy within the utilities and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Customer Affairs Manager at the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) since January 2023, Katherine manages an in-house team and oversees an outsourced team to provide alternative dispute resolution and consumer information services.
