John Campanella, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned law enforcement policy and procedures subject matter expert and President of Campanella Consulting Group, Inc. With over 32 years of experience as a State Trooper, John has held various leadership roles including Director of Human Resources and Director of Planning and Research at Delaware State Police, where responsibilities included overseeing personnel matters for a large workforce and managing statewide policy development. John has served as a compliance assessor for the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and has extensive experience in workplace investigations and human resources consulting. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University and a certificate in Executive Leadership Development from the University of Virginia.
