David Belmonte

David Belmonte currently serves as the President of the Paradise Acres Road District and has extensive experience in law enforcement and community service. As a Senior Accreditation Content Developer at Lexipol and an Assessment Team Leader for CALEA, David brings over two decades of expertise to governmental and accreditation processes. Prior roles include Chief of Police at the Lake Bluff Police Department, Executive Board Member of the Lake County Chiefs of Police Association, and Secretary of the Lake County Incident Management Assistance Team. David has also contributed as a Trustee for the Northern Illinois Police Crime Lab, Vice President of the Lake County Major Crash Assistance Team, Board Member for the SpeakUp Coalition, and Board Member for the East Shore Radio Network. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Columbia College, along with training at the FBI National Academy.
