Michael Webb, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Innovation and holds multiple faculty positions at Capella University, including Faculty Director for the School of Public Service & Education and Senior Core Faculty for Academic Innovation. Since 2009, Michael has also been a Lecturer at Thomas Jefferson University and has actively contributed to the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA) as an Accreditation Assessment Team Leader since 2004. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty positions at Montgomery County Community College and Mercy College. Michael's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences from Walden University, a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy University, among other degrees and certifications, including participation in the FBI National Academy.
