Tim Fitch

Tim Fitch currently serves as the Interim Global Security Head at Emerson, a position held since February 2014, with prior roles including Sr. Manager for Global Security across North America and Europe. Fitch has also been an Assessment Team Leader at CALEA since January 2004, overseeing accreditation assessments for law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Tim Fitch is the Owner and Principal Consultant at The Fitch Group, LLC, focusing on consulting services for law enforcement and expert witness services. From January 2019 to December 2022, Fitch served as an elected council member for St. Louis County, Missouri, and previously held the role of Chief of Police for St. Louis County from 1983 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Master of Management, a certificate from Harvard in Political Science, and current pursuit of a PhD in Psychology at National University.
