Tia Lent

Tia Lent has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tia began their career in 2010 as a Care Manager at Judy's Pace Adult Foster Home, where they managed patient care for six live-in geriatric residents. Tia then served as a Health Care Specialist in the US Army from 2011 to 2015. Following that, Tia worked as a Paramedic at Life Line Ambulance Service, Inc. from 2015 to 2016.

In 2017, Tia pursued a degree in Marketing at Arizona State University, where they gained experience working with companies like Trident (Mondelez, Inc), The City of Tombstone, and Coach (Tapestry). As a Marketing Student, they excelled in various group projects and took on leadership roles, analyzing and understanding group dynamics.

Tia's professional career continued with roles at Arizona State Fair, where they served as a Marketing Intern in 2019, managing a Corporate Parking Project and creating targeted customer profiles. Tia then took on the position of a Strategic Marketing Associate, managing Google My Business and Google Analytics accounts, and presenting data to the executive team.

In 2020, Tia joined H&L Partners as an Assistant Account Executive, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing media briefs, and coordinating digital and broadcast assets. Tia also managed merchandising tasks and drafted marketing guides for clients. Tia later transitioned to the role of an Account Executive, where they developed upstream and downstream marketing efforts for campaigns and managed budgets and strategic initiatives for clients.

Tia Lent's most recent role was at Visit Mesa, where they worked as a Strategic Marketing Manager from 2022 to 2023. In this role, they managed and monitored strategic research, consumer trends, and retargeting efforts. Tia provided strategic guidance based on data and analytics and reported on marketing and business intelligence KPIs to key stakeholders and board members.

Currently, Tia Lent is employed as a Senior Account Manager at Commit Agency, starting in 2023.

Tia Lent started their education at Sanillac Career Center in 2010 and graduated in 2011 with a degree as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Later on, from 2017 to 2019, they attended Arizona State University, where they acquired a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. During the same period, Tia also pursued a certificate in Business Data Analytics, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Additionally, Tia completed a program in NR-EMT-Paramedic at Fayetteville Technical Community College, although the start and end years for this education are unspecified. Tia's education is supplemented by their certification in "Mastering The ZDOS" obtained from Zartico in May 2023.
