Katherine Parke

Katherine (Kate) Parke is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in child welfare and reproductive rights. Currently serving as a Trial Attorney at the Committee for Public Counsel Services since September 2017, Katherine provides legal representation in care, protection, and guardianship proceedings. Previous roles include Domestic Program Associate at Catholics for Choice, where Katherine managed state policy strategies related to reproductive rights, and Legal & Policy Researcher at NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland, focused on policy issues concerning reproductive health.
