Rebecca Phelps-Smith

Rebecca Phelps-Smith is a Clinical Director of CBHC & Emergency Services at The Brien Center for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Inc. Rebecca also works as a Social Worker at the Committee for Public Counsel Services and as the Owner/Therapist at Phelps Smith LLC. With a Master's Degree in Social Work from Springfield College School of Social Work, Rebecca has a strong background in crisis intervention and clinical therapy.
