Jonathan Ondrejko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial regulation and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Programs at the Program on International Financial Systems, Jonathan designs and manages international policy events and capacity-building programs. In addition, as a Senior Research Fellow at the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation, Jonathan provides expertise on securities market regulations, consultations with stakeholders, and advocacy for policy initiatives. Previous roles include Corporate Associate at Cooley LLP, where Jonathan handled M&A transactions and advised on corporate matters, and Student Legal Advisor at the IP & Entrepreneurship Clinic at Boston University School of Law, guiding emerging companies on various legal issues. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.

The Committee on Capital Markets Regulation is an independent and nonpartisan 501(c)(3) research organization dedicated to improving the regulation of U.S. capital markets. Thirty-three leaders from the investor community, business, finance, law, accounting and academia comprise the Committee’s membership. The Committee co-Chairs are Glenn Hubbard, Dean of Columbia Business School, and John L. Thornton, Chairman of the Brookings Institution. The Committee’s Director is Professor Hal S. Scott, Nomura Professor and Director of the Program on International Financial Systems at Harvard Law School. The Committee’s research regarding the regulation of U.S. capital markets provides policymakers with a nonpartisan, empirical foundation for public policy.
